After many years of managing S.A. Music publishing company, owner Sam Arlen has recorded an album in tribute to his father, Harold Arlen. The instrumental CD features big band as well as combo and string renditions. Sam performs on the saxophone some of Harold Arlen's greatest hits, as well as some lesser-known gems. He is joined by his wife, Joan Arlen, on the piano for several songs including "Over the Rainbow." The CD is being released as part of the centennial celebration in honor of Harold Arlen in 2005.
